Frstly,my left testical is double the hanging position of my right one.
Also i have read that when examining your testicles you may come across sperm tubes, is this correct and if so to what proportion in relation to the size of the actual testical, as i have found this whilst examining myself. It feels almost like noodles between your fingers as there are around 15 - 20 what i belive to be tubes of whatever purpose.
Also i have came across what sort of feels like these tubes but harder and shorter almost like a grain of rice. Also there is what feels like the grissle on a chicken bone situated either on or between the tubes.
Fourthly, this grissley substance feels that it is connected to the testical but this is hard to determine.
I have also read that testicular cancer can cause a dull ache within the lower abdominal and in the back. i also have these symptoms from time but am unsure if this is the cause as i do tend to sleep in awkward positions, I sometimes find this humerous although it does seem to result in the symptons described.
I have had these symptoms for around 1 - 1 1/2 years but have seen no increase in the size of the symptoms or any other symptoms for that matter.
Overall the most embarrising symptom is that these lumps/tubes are clearly visible through the scrotum. This is a demeaning factor when considering a sexual relationship with my partner.
Can you supply me with any advice or information on how i could remove or decrease the size of these symptoms using massage or anyother techniques.
