I've just started on the abs diet but I can see myself getting bored with the set plan in the book after a few weeks. I am also on mynocycline for the acne, so I am not sure if I should stop with drug while I am on diet or I can continue. Well, I‘ve been told that I have to change my eating habits because of my skin problem too. Anyone else here on abs diet? I have to say that I am on the diet mostly because of this, not because of the weight.

Unlike you, I'm someone who needs to lose a lot of weight, about 40 lbs to be exact. My husband started reading the Abs Diet book in December. So far, I'm down 6.4 lbs, and my husband is down 5. He only has about 13 to lose in total. I must say that we love this way of eating, because there is big difference. Everything else I've tried has always felt like a diet...well I'd lose weight, and each time I've gained it back. So, I guess I am not the perfect person to give you advice about mynocycline, but I think that you should tell the doctor that prescribed you the drug and he’ll know whether you should continue with therapy.
