I do 50 sit-ups every day and my abs is still not visible. Should I do hundred, or two hundreds? What is the best for nice abs? I’m 17, female. Please post.

Exercise in the morning. Do crunches for upper stomach and leg raises for lower stomach. That way you’ll be able to develop your muscles like real body builder, if you like it. You need to burn fat from your stomach, so avoid eating anything one hour after training has ended.
