the lower left region of my sack is cracking and peeling.

the left side of my sack itches frequently and badly and the skin cracks and peels in just that area. the skin is very sensative when it cracks and sometimes lightly bleeds.

It is possible that you have exema or psoriasis. The 2 conditions can flourish in that region because of moisture. See a dermatologist.
