the penis some older men sometimes get this gland taken out for health reasons tis gland is what allows you to have an erection i am not to concerned with the good effects just the bad ones can masterbating cause a problem wiyh this gland im 18

The nerves that come to the penis from the prostate gland and help erection can be damaged with removal of the prostate (the gland you are talking about) and then problems with achieving and maintaining an erection can occur.
However, masturbation has nothing to do with it, can’t cause problems of that or any kind (if you are not going extreme) and there is nothing you should be worried about concerning masturbation.
