I am 63 and need advice for therapy for stenosis of the neck!

Therapy comes in form of medicine (steroids, like Cortisone) or NSAIDs (for example Nalgasine). Both can be taken orally or in a form of localized injection. These is concerning medicine treatment, there is also physical treatment, like chiropratician, masseur… and other alternative medicine. Best options are considered with your doctor, who actually is more familiar with your condition.
