I have heard about book “The Sugar Solution”, since I am diabetic I am interested in what is in that book. Does anyone know?

The book is intended to be informative only not as a medical manual. It is about how to eat great tasting food which helps your blood sugar on and even keel. There is also walking program and stress-reliving techniques, mostly recipes and tips. I don’t know if you will find it interesting. There is no intention to substitute any treatment.
