I get noticeably really thirsty a for a few hours each day at random times. It's not that i have not drunk anything. Often get it after eating. Also pain in lower middle to lower back on the left side. It doesn't go when I change position. Has gone away from time to time, but returns. Have had it for a few days now, but feels worse than ever right now, which prompted me to write in as i can't sleep. Any ideas?

You should try getting a strong laxative. I know people with same symptoms who have tried fiber therapy but nothing helped with the pain till a doctor gave them a strong laxative.
