thoat and tongue problems

Female 35 choking-strangling feeling in throat had 13 days now feels like a lump near adams apple area, no pain or problems eating or breathing but can be uncomfortable . Also tongue for maybe 7 weeks off and on tingling smooth feeling sometimes red swollen tongue .
