thorasic disk bulging/herniated

I have a disk in my mid back, right between my shoulder blades that is herniated. Even typing like this for over 5-10 minutes really gets it hurting. Just about any arm movement where my forearms have to go above waist level get it started. But sometmes it feels like my back is wet, like someone dripped water on the affected spot. When this first started, I could swear it felt like Ihad a wet spot there. Cold this be the fluid in the disk leaking out causing this sensation? I also have had 2 c5-c6 neck fusions, and have 2 more herniated/bulging disks in my lumbar region (one on each side of hips.)Thanks Sad
