three or four weeks after D/C miscarriage

I had a miscarriage and D/C about three or four weeks ago, i have just gotten my second period. At first it was light and almost gone then bam super heavy with clots! I have had it for at least a week now and I can not use a tampon it is so heavy. Is this normal to be so heavy? Or should i worry? I feel realy drained and tired.

I also just had my second miscarriage and second D&C so I know what you're going through.

It usually takes 4-6 weks to get your peiod after D&C, sometimes longer. I think you're having bleeding related to the miscarriage. This is not uncommon. My Doctor told me that you can have bleeding off and on for several weeks. The clots are not unusual either.

It isn't advised to insert anything in the vagina after a Miscarriage for 4-6 week, this is because your cervix may still be open a little and you could introduce an infection.

As for feeling drained you may be dealing with anemia, you might want to talk to your doctor. The test is usually just a finger prick in the Doc's office.
