Hi,
I am new to the forum but find it super useful! It's amazing to see how many people have the exact same symptoms as I am having problems with and other people so helpful. I was wondering if anyone could tell me why everytime I eat a meal I get alot of mucas buildup in my throat which causes me to constantly have to try to clear it for about an hour? Its rather annoying. Thank you for your help.

Hello New Girl. I have the exact same problem as you do. Did you ever find out anything on it. I have been to a couple of doctors, and they are no help. Thanks

I am a voice teacher and certain foods cause more mucas than others.
Milk, eggs and anything saltly is really bad for your voice and clearing your throat is really bad too. One way to get rid of the phlem is to drink water with lemon. Warm tea with lemon is really good for your throat too as well as any kind of honey. Google voice care for singers and see the information out on the web. Good luck!
