throat prolem feel something sticking insaid

IN past few month i started to feel that something at the back of my throat sticking my throat from insaid that makes it hard to breath or swallow, thats feeling gets worst if im wearing something around my neck , like neckless or scarf, i aways feel that i have to move it quickly and that i have to keep holding my throat so that i can be able to swallow , can anyone know whats wrong ?
