throbbing testicles, last 3 weeks, contstant throbbing

I am 34 and have 3 children. I had a visectime last year after the 3rd child was born. I have had throbbing in my testicles for three weeks now. It is not painful but it is almost constant it stops for a few seconds then starts up again pulsing and throbbing. It is driving me up the wall. The only peace i get is that precious few seconds that it stops.
