Hi, if you have eating disorder, like you said you overeat quite often and throw up after it, maybe you have hurt esophagus by trying to induce vomiting, and caused bleeding. But in that case, I assume it have stopped by now. Esophagus would heal in three days, but if you have repeatedly hurting esophagus, then the wound couldn’t heal. Vomiting of blood is called "hematemesis". There are various causes of vomiting blood, like damage of inner organs, intestines, internal bleeding and other; and some conditions could be very serious. If I were on your place I would check it with doctor, because it’s an emergency situation.
