Hi! I am 35 years old man. I have thumping in left ear only, which sound like heart beat. It is terrible for me. I have to be focused when I work, but that noise bothers me a lot.

Hi! I had same problem as you. This called pulsatile tinnitus. It can be from a variety of causes such as transmitted venous pulsations to the ear hearing structures, or transmitted sounds from nearby veins or arteries...My problem was caused by vascular problem in the head. It may also occur from problems with the inner ear itself such as Menieres disease, otosclerosis, or increased pressure in the fluid system or CSF. You should see a doctor, and describe him what exactly you feel!
