i have had an underactive thyroid for over 10 years now.. and although i am now 40.. i am trying for another child.. could my underacive thyroid cause me any prblems.. i am on a dose of levothyroxin.225mg.. do you think i would still conceive ok. i dont drink or smoke.. but i am about a 1and a half stone over weight.. which is very hard to shift.

I have been on levoxyl for 6 years now and I am 22. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for over a year with no success. I have such an irregular cycle because of it that it is making it really hard to get pregnant. What medication are you taking and how do you feel when you are on it? I am constantly tired and would like to try something else.
