Thyroidectomy is removing of a thyroid gland which is in contol of your metabolism which helps to control your weight. As you have your thyroid glands removed, it is most likely that you are in the process of gaining weight. What you can do about it is to, of course, exercise, you keep working out but this is not enough as it won’t help you eliminate what your hypothyroidism produces.
You should have a proper diet beside working out every day, and also, you should try taking One A Day Weight Smart vitamins. It contains the extract of green tea which will control fat and doesn’t increase the heart rate. You should know that only drinking these vitamins won’t make you thin as long as you don’t exercise and have a proper diet regime. You keep in mind that you should really work hard if you want to get ris of the extra pounds!!
In addition, these vitamins are BAYER product, so it’s reliable enough, right??
Good luck!
