hi i've been feeling tierdness and wanting to throw up, but can't. Also my stomach growls a lot, especially on the right lower side of my stomach. I feel like if i had a full stomach and if i eat i will throw it up but i really don't. Also when i use the bathroom, i take out a brown with green stool, or sometimes just green or brown. I really don't know whats wrong with me and i am really scared and nervous. please answer back.
