tighness in my throat

I got very upset with one of my kids and noticed a tightness in my throat muscels. So I started to take deep breaths to help myself relax. This started at around 6 pm but it is now 1 pm the next day. The tightness isnt as bad but it is still there. I also now feel as my ears are pluging up.
It hurts to swallow but its not a soar throat. The pain is in the muscel. I thought it was anxiety but the symptoms dont match up to mine.
