hi, dont worry about the white stuff coming out from under the foreskin. You should be able to pull back your foreskin completely and then you can wash away the white smegma. It should not be there and porbably smells quite bad. Wash it away with warm water. As for your foreskin being too tight go onto yahoo and type in cure tight foreskin and you will find sites that can help you to stretch your foreskin ring which is too tight, hope this helps

hey I have a similar problem that you have dealt with. I can stretch my foreskin all the way back when not erect. However, when I stretch it all the way back while erect, it definitely hurts. This has caused problems during intercourse where the pain has caused me to become less hard than I'd like to finish intercourse. What can I do about this problem?

You should never stretch the foreskin back far enough to the point in which you feel pain. If you do tear you foreskin it could lead to unsightly scar tissue. I myself have a tight foreskin, but it's not that bad because I can pull the skin all the way back in order to see my whole gland or head. It took about 2-3 weeks of stretching for me the uncover my head while flaccid and I never caused myself pain while doing it.

The method is used was to pull back the foreskin as far back as it can go(while flaccid) before you feel pain and then hold it. Hold it for about 1 minute but no longer than 2 minutes. You should do this about 5 times in one sitting either in a a normal envirment or in a warm bath, some people think it is easier to do it in a warm bath, but I didn't have that luxery. You can do this either once a day or several times a day, but make sure the foreskin doesn't get to sore, if it does take like a 2-3 day break and then decrease the amount of times you do it per day.

There is a second method that helps when you are erect, but i'm currently working on that.

Also that raw muscle looking stuff you see when you pull your skin back is just you gland Very Happy.

I can pull all of my foreskin back when it is unerected but the problem is when it is erected it can only go as far as right under the head of the penis. Also there seems to be some kind of skin attached right behind the head of my penis.

hopin you can help me! I am 18 and i can retract my foreskin no problem!
both flaccid and erect! i am able to do so from stretching day by day, wank by wank, etc. . .
BUT, when i leave it retratcted for a long period of time, the ridge of foreskin behind the head starts to swell and sorta looks like there's fluid building up (almost like a blister). when i push my foreskin back, it returns to normal after a few hours or a day max! So i think there's nothin to worry bout!
I am hoping somebbody can tell me how to prevent this and how i can keep my foreskin back withour this happeing?

hey everyone,

i noticed a lot of posts on this forum about things that i used to be extremely concerned about!! i have had a lot of experience with a tight foreskin and being uncircumcised

if you are uncircumcised, and you were never taught to pull your foreskin back all the way, don't be surprised if the head of your penis is extremely sensitive the first time you try it. if you've never tried pulling your foreskin back all the way, try it now! it will hurt...i know it will...but you really need to work through the pain. the first couple times it may seem impossible to get it all the way back, but you must do this. don't worry about the foreskin tearing or breaking in any way, your body was built for this. i tried stretching excercises for a long long time, but never made much progress since i was always too hesitant to realllllly pull back and make contact with the head of my penis.

things started getting 20000% better for me when i started having sex. it hurt like hell at first, but after doing it a couple more times, my penis head is wayyyyy less sensitive, and my skin pulls back so easily! it really only took 7 or 8 tries. it was the best way for me to force myself to work through the pain.

if you have any specific questions or concerns, reply to this post... i'll try checking back later. good luck!!

about this, i managed to pull the foreskin back completely (erect/unerect) so the whole head can reveal. now the new problem is, the head is really sensitive (it hurts when ANYTHING comes into contact with it), and i've tried having soft clothing, but the pain is way too gritting. i end up pushing the foreskin back so the actual head wont come in contact with the clothing. any way around the pain?
