Just read it. It talks of two different stretching exercises. One that will make sure you don't get your foreskin stuck behind the glans (head) of your penis. I've literally just read it and gonna give it a go.

And for those who are wondering, its fine to use some lube to help the progress...hey, anything that chills the pain must be a good thing right?

Hi,

im 16 years old and i am not yet sexually active. I masterbate often since the age of about 11 and in the last 7 monthes i have been able to pull back my foreskin. I managed to use vaseline and every night in the shower i pulled my foreskin back further and further each night untill one day my foreskin was fully retracted. 7 months on and my penis has a tight foreskin still. I find it hard masterbating with the foreskin down so i do it when its not retracted. I was just wandering if when you have an erection, should your foreskin automatically retract and show your head?
Also i am not that confident in the bedroom and want to know if its possible to have sex with the foreskin up and if the girl woul be that bothered?
