hi... im 13 and i cant pull my foreskin past the head but a few months ago i could. see when i try to little cuts appear on the foreskin and hurt so i was hoping you could tell me if its an infection under the foreskin or somthing like that. i read on the internet that it could be from masturbating to much, i just dont know.
please help, i really want to know
