I'm am a 56 year old male not circumsized and about bout six to eight months ago the foreskin on my penis has been shriking (don't know how else to describe it) I cannot peel it back to clean myself because of the pain and bleeding. I also bleed when having intercoarse with my wife. I'm too embarased to see a doctor. Perhaps someone knows what it can be?

It could be a condition known as phimosis. I know it would be embarassing, but you should probably go discuss it with your doctor.
