i'm hoping someone out there can help me... i've been to a couple of docs re this and no one can help. when i'm tired still after a seemingly good sleep i experience a slight vertigo feeling as well as tingling numbness in my palms and around my mouth... i also get what i can feel and almost hear as electric pulses in my head at the same time as these tinglings in my palms. this is so frustrating because i seem to get it 4 a few days at a time when i'm tired or hungover and no doctor can explain it! i've also had vertigo in the past but it has been treated and this seems to be unrelated. Hope someone can relate! Sad
