tingling extremities and pain

During the day, my right toes tingle and at night in bed my right fingers tingle(numbness). A month later, my right thigh is having a sharp pain. I am forty-two and have recovered from an hysterectomy about nine months ago. I exercise lightly atleast three times a week and try to eat a balance meal. I am also 15 pounds overweight due to the recovery stage.
Can you please tell me what is going on?
