tingling hands at night

For the past few nights, while in bed sleeping when I place my hands above my head or underneath me they start tingling. When I reposition them below my waist the tingling immediately disappears. What's going on?

not enough blood flow to your hands. when your hands are held above or under your head your minimizing blood flow. when you put them back , and are not laying on them, then your allowing normal blood flow.
