I have the same exact symptoms, but its not painful at all. its actually stimulating. I think its normal, and every guy has that tingling sensation every now and then. if it was a problem, it could be not enough blood flow to the penis, cuz i know that any numbness is due to lack of or low blood. For example, if i am under extreme stress, i get migrains, but with my migrains comes this numbness that moves either on my left or right side, specifically from the right or left hand moving up to my face, then I get the headache and vomit. = eat more IRON based foods!!
