I am getting a tingling sensation in my vagina when I urinate.
It doesn't burn, yet feels almost like a small orgasim of sorts.

I am 54, and overweight. I am fairly active I haven't had a hysterectomy. However, I have been diagnosed with HPV for the past 2 years.
It looks like I will be headed to surgery soon for a hysterectomy however.

Is anyone out there familiar with this??
Is this a syptom of HPV?
