tingling sensation in the testicals

I've had non stop tingling in my tactical over the last four days and today, this morning, a pink rash which is not itchy or painful has developed on the back of my hands and on my arms. I feel no pain when urinating or ejaculating but tingling sensation is annoying and very uncomfortable For some reason, the pain is worse when I am sitting. Have anyone experienced this situation?

I think that infection should be your first consideration. You should do a urethral swab to rule out STDs as well as further prostate evaluation can be considered, a prostatic massage and/or a transrectal ultrasound. I am not a doctor but I remember that one guy complained on tingling sensation in tactical and it turned out that he had STD. Anyway, all options can be discussed with your personal physician or urologist. It is very important to see for professional help.
