tingling sensation on both breast?

I have had a weird tingling sensation on both of my breast for about 4 days. My peroid is due this week...... it's like a weird feeling that runs from the sides of my breast and goes to the center of my nipples cuasing a burning sensation on my nipples. the only time i had thisfeeling was when I was breast feeding which 5 years ago and i think it felt something like that I'm unsure beacuse it was sometime ago?
