tingly feeling in my testical

hi there

not sure what it is , but i some times get like a funny tingly feeling in my testicals ( it seariously feels like when your cell phone is on vibrate and you have it in your pocket ) i have no pain at all . happend about 3 or 4 times in 5 months . the one day in kept on for nearly the whole day.what could it be?

Although the frequency of your tingling is different than mine, I would still share my experience. Before I was diagnosed with genital herpes I had tingling in the testicles and itching. I went to see a doctor because I did have unprotected sex a few times and I was diagnosed with genital herpes. I haven’t had any blisters or sores during this first outbreak but they did appear later in the second.
If you are still a virgin or haven’t made out without your pants, then you are risk free but if you ever had sex, you could have herpes. However, I suppose you would develop some other symptoms by now since you had the tingling a few times now.
Your tingling could be just something transient without apparent cause. Or it could be some kind of nerve or muscle thing. If you are very worried about it, you should address a doctor on the matter.
