tiny bump

The other week I noticed a tiny bump on my left testcle, it is sore to the touch. many years ago I had the same thing and went to the doctor, he didnt seem to think it was anything. What could it be ?

Hi! Where is your bump situated? Do you think it is the same sort of bump you had before? Bumps on scrotum can mean many things. Like your doctor said previously, it could be nothing but also, it could indicate different conditions. I will name some of them. You know that epidydimis is a lumpy tube situated at the back of the testicle and these bumps can be felt sometimes. Also a condition called Spermatocele could be a cause of your lump. It develops when there is a build up of the sperm ( or sperm-like, I am no sure) fluid close to epididymis and this feel as a lump. This condition is not harmless. However, cancer is and painless lump on testicle may indicate testicular cancer.

You see, I don’t think it matters what that doc told you the first time, I reckon that you should get it checked once again.
