i am 14 years old and i have a tiny really small bump on my right testicle and it doesnt hurt at all. What could this be?

This is probably nothing serious. It is a pimple or an ingrown hair. Does it look like a pimple? Is it just red, or is there anything inside the bump? Don’t touch it or squeeze or molest it, keep a good hygiene down there and it should be gone soon.

If it doesn’t disappear any time soon, you should have it evaluated then.
