I am 19 years old and a Female, and as long as i can think of i have had these little white bumps on my labia. They are small and clustered together, and there are many. They do not hurt. They are below the skin and if i didn't feel them or stretch the skin i would not know they were there. I have rea that men get this type of thing and they are just cysts nothing to be concerned about... Can females get this too? and if this is what it is is it spreadable?
