tiny itchy bumps...HELP please

Hi. Just a few days ago tiny flesh-colored bumps popped up on my upper lip, just a few. They started to itch and now, I have a lot more of them around my nose, on my chin, around my eyebrows, and on my upper lip. They are much itchier now. I know it's not acne. Does anyone know what this might be and what may make it go away?
