a few weeks ago i got a severe case of jock itch, i have that almost under control, however the head of my penis is red, with an occasional pimpal like bump on the head and there is red reash on my penial shaft, the tip of the penis is red and the urethra is bright red, it burns to urinate, but it only burns after i have orgasmed, i have never had sex so i dont know if it could be an std, could it be a yeast infection or did the jock itch travel , pplease help me,

It's obvious that it is some kind of an infection or inflammation and even more obvious that you should see a urologist and get this problem treated. There are a lot of symptoms, redness, pimples being signs of inflammation and burning being a sign of an infection. You may need to use antibiotics, anti-fungals or hydrocortisone. However, you need a doc to determine what you need to take.

so i went to the hospital and saw a pa, he told me that he didnt think there was anything wrong, and that since i havent ever had any type of sexual activity it wouldnt be an std, they gave me a urine test to test for any utis and they came back negative, he said the buring post masterbation ejactulation was normal. but i dont think that is the case, i mean the tip of my penis is red, but on the downward side on the other side of the urethra the head is redder and that is the part that burns when i pee post masterbating. could this be a yeast infection, i asked the pa but he said it is not common in men but what i have seen online tells me maybe it is. please help me out

the burning was fine and it didnt burn at all for a bit, but then i just masterbated and the moment i came the underside of the urethera like on the head of the penis, around where the two sides of the head come together, turned red and burned. could i have an std even though i have never had any type of sex, the doctor at the hospital said no but i dont know, this is really wierd and starting to freak me out. the doc said to let it run its course but burning when ejaculating then again when peeing seems a bit ridiculous. to describe the burn, it burns like when u accidentally pee in the shower while there is soap on ur penis, u know how it only really burns the top part, well that is what it is like. anyone out there who can help me please, please, please do i am desperate, and my gf and i are ready to have sex but the thing is is that i dont want to get her infected with anything that i may or may not have. please help

Ok, I just want to give advice from MY OWN experiences , also my brother has this same problem too.
I am not sure the specifics of what you are saying but here goes.
I masterbate quite frequently with no problems.BUT every once and awhile after ejaculation My penis burns uncontrolably !!
In my own assumptions, I think the positions im jerking it in sometimes causes the pain.Also , I do it almost everyday and maybe once every 2-3 months , I get this burning.
What I have noticed is, I dont think I "cum" all the way or dont release it right ( of course im doing to make it feel good so I kinda stress the penis)
That set aside, take an EXTREMELY hot bath if you can , and drink lots of water while in the bath and keep pissing, even if little drops come out thats fine.
I was told by my doctor that peeing gets rid of the bacteria caused by not ejaculating all the way.
But anyhow, taking the hot hot hot bath almost completley takes away the pain , and peeeing and drinking fluids seems to get rid of the burning sensation within a half hour or so.
I hope this is a similar experience of what you are having ,and this helps.It helped my brother as well .
Remember this is my own assumptions and im no doc.

i think i'm bruning cause mostl every time i pee me penis burn on the tip yes i had sex we alot of gurl's and i hope it ani't true cause i got 2 much 2 live for yes i like haveing sexy and i don't wont 2 hurt my black people by giving it to him and i use comdoms and a while back my gurl freind call me and said that she had chlaida my heart drop so i just wish i don't have that shit :cry:
