tip of penis sore and inflamed

I have a big problem. I had sex with one guy last week. I had protected sex, so I really hope this is not STD. Today I woke up and tip of my penis is sore and inflamed. I is just tip of penis, not whole head. It is sort of reddish, but it doesn’t hurt, nor is itchy. It is just that tip of my penis is sore and inflamed. What should I do? Should I put some compresses on it or cream or what???

Hey,
I am glad you had protected sex, but I still think you should go to a doctor, you never know. I mean, It is better to consult with a specialist than to experiment with creams and compresses on your own.
