Is there anybody who has used trimspa for dieting? Did it help you? I need to lose around 20 lbs and would really use an advice. Can anybody give me tips to loosing weight using trimspa? Thank you in advance!

Helloo! I have used trimspa only as a dietary supplement to my dieting and exercise. I would take 3 tablets per day, when I wake up, during mid morning and in the mid afternoon. What I learned about this product is that it contains Hoodia that takes the extra glucose which is produced when you overeat, or indulge in the wrong foods and directs it to the muscles. I did lose weight but I don’t know if it was trimspa or my diet. However, I did feel less hungry!
