tired, nightmares sore throat etc

i have been needing to pass urine frequently over the past 3 weeks aswell as having lower abdominal pain. i am tired all the time and getting nightmares. not to mention nausea and and sore throat. not sure ifit is all stress related or what! but my dpslide came back negative twice for infection. has anyone else experianced this?

You have the symptoms of a urinary tract or bladder infection. You should see a Dr because if it spreads into the kidneys you can have sereous problems.
