tired, sleepy, chest pain, feeling run down

My husband over the last 2 to 3 days has been feeling tired, sleepy(like he is not getting enough sleep), having slight chest pain and feeling very run down. He has been taking vitimens but they don't seem to be helping with the tiredness and the feelings of being run down. He is a 34 year old man with no history of heart problems with himself or in his family. I am very concerned about him but I can't get him to go see a doctor. Can you give me any help?

i have had chest poain for a month now,it started as soon as my step-dad passed away a month ago as i found him dead on my lounge sofa,ive got pain radiating in different areas of my chest and ive had pain down my left arm for months now.
should i be worried or not?i have high blood pressure which i got checked today by my gp and its ok and i have high cholesterol of 6.9 which i havent had any treatment for yet.
