About a year ago I lost my spectacles and having no money I decided to use the opportunity to try and go without (I have mild myopia). For several months my eyes were tired and felt strained at times as I did daily eye exercises. Then I enjoyed a perioid (about 6 months) free of tired eyes but in the last 3 months they have begun to get tired again - sometimes only for 3-4 days a week - and I am experiencing head pressure on the top and front of my head like brain fog - had a simle test for brain fog and came out well positive. Do you have any advice?

You should probably get glasses again. I don't know why your eyes got better and then bad again, but if glasses corrects fog and bad eyesight, you should save up some money and go for them again. Better yet, talk to an eye doctor about it.
