I’ve noticed that I’ve become very tired in last few weeks. I’ve lost concentration and can’t manage with my daily activities. I really think that something has caused lack in energy. I sleep enough.
Can it be symptom of hypothyroidism? What else can be cause for fatigue that I feel?

When I felt like that it happened to be because of anemia. I took some supplements of iron and folic acid and it was better son after. But that doesn’t mean that anemia is cause for your tiredness. As you said, it may be hypothyroidism. I think that blood test would be very helpful. Maybe it’s just because of stress. You should exercise and avoid alcohol and cigarettes in this period. I hope it’ll be better. And caffeine is not the treatment for drowsiness and fatigue.
