hi,

After i had sex on the next day morning i feel tired,sleepy it continues for a month and pain and irritation while urinate can i know whats it. i feel extreme tired sometimes

You really need to see a doctor about this. Pain and irritation while urinating suggest that you may have an urinary tract infection, possibly contracted during sexual intercourse. Your symptoms of feeling tired and sleepy the morning after having sex may have nothing to do with sex at all. Sleep apnea is one possible explanation.
