tissue discharge with every period

I had a D&C because of a miscarriage in June. Since then I have had tissue discharge but only when I have my period. My periods are on time and regular. I do have fibroids but the OBGYNE did not remove them at the time of the D&C. I should also mention that there is no odor with the tissue discharge. What is this discharge and what should I do?
