Hello! Two months ago, after a lot of testing and research, I was found to suffer from a leaky gut. Just about a week ago, I started having this facial pain that I can not explain. I have been to a dentist a month ago and All my teeth were in order. Could this facial pain be connected to the leaky gut? Thx in advance!

Hi there! Here are the conditions that are associated or caused by leaky gut: inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, inflammatory joint disease, rheumatoid arthritis, food allergy- anything from acne, psoriasis, eczema, and intestinal disorder to chronic fatigue syndrome and temporomandibular joint syndrome (your case), alcoholism; autoimmune diseases, malabsorption; malnutrition; accelerated aging; giardiasis; intestinal infections; endotoxemia; schizophrenia; thermal injury; NSAID enteropathy; and being HIV positive. As you can see, there are so many conditions connected to leaky gut, and your facial pain being one of them. Contact your doctor!
