Please suggest me what exercise to do to reduce my upper body. I tried with daily stretching exercises but with no results. For how long should I exercise every day to see the results? I like to practice yoga, but I’m not sure that can be effective.

I do one form of exercise each day and it’s very effective. One day I bike for 30 minutes. The other day I lift weight, than practice yoga or pilates. I had problem with how I looked and wanted to reduce my upper body too. I think I made it. Just be patient.
