My 2 year old son is constantly touching his anus. Whenever his diaper is off, his fingers are up his bottom. He's been doing this for some time now. He currently has a bad rash and he's making it irritated by touching himself. I've read articles about this behavior possibly being a sign of sexual abuse...but I'm sure this is not the case. Are there any other explanations and solutions for this?
