toe cramping

Hi, I have a strange feeling in my toe. It’s cramping very often, and I can’t control it. This condition came from nowhere, and I don’t know what caused it. Any suggestions?

Hi, toe cramping is mostly affecting ballerinas and dancers, and their condition is often chronic. However, it can affect people with no regular athletic activities, come from nowhere and cause a pain. There are many possible causes, and one of them are tight shoes and high heels. Women and girls, who wear those uncomfortable shoes too often, can have toe cramping. It can also be related to low levels of calcium, which is dangerous, because it could be one of the first symptoms of osteoporosis. There are special exercises for alleviating toe cramps. For example, try standing on tiptoes, raise your body up, and then rapidly down, holding each position for five seconds. Beside that, you should eat healthier food with plenty of potassium and calcium.
