tongue sore

I have a swollen bump-like sore on the back of my tongue below my tonsil. It is sore and it been difficult to swallow. I would like to know what it could be and how i can help it?

I also had some small bumps but they were on the left side of the mouth. My mom said these were taste buds that were probably irritated by food. They did burn a little but they didn’t grow or anything, so I left them alone. They were gone in a week or so.

What is your bump like? If it bothers you a lot, maybe you should have it checked, it could be something else as well.
